Evaluation Question 4 - How did you use new media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

A few bullet points on how well I got on with these new media technologies:

• With the mac computer, I got on pretty well with it, although there were some points where I got a bit annoyed as the keyboard shortcuts aren't the same as a normal windows computer, so I have to do things such as free transform on photoshop by clicking around on the top selection bit, rather than just pressing ctrl + t. 
• Using a windows system was fine as I am totally used to using them.
• Premiere Pro was a bit of a mission as I have only used it once before. Once I got used to where everything was and how to do things it was fine.
• The panasonic camera we used to film with was easy and simple to use.
• Going into more detail with the music editing programmes such as Audition and Garageband, Garageband was more straightforward than Audition in my opinion. It had quite a few clips on it, many of which we used, so it was beneficial to our final product.
• Websites such as blogger, surveymonkey, youtube and google were fine to work with. Blogger and surveymonkey, I had used last year so I managed to get my head around how they worked previously. I used google and youtube all the time, so that was also fine.
